Adolescent Yoga

Pre-teens and teenagers today are more connected than ever, and face increasingly challenging course loads, as well as internal and external expectations and demands. In yoga, we give teens space to just be, as they are, without needing to change a thing. We offer them the chance to disconnect from their phones for a momentary pause, to explore their bodies through asana (yoga postures) and mindful movement games, and to build a meditation practice to help calm the body and mind.

Prenatal Yoga

Whether an experienced yogi or brand new to the practice, the weeks and months leading up to the birth of your child are a beautiful time to incorporate yogic movement, breath, and meditation. Classes accentuate creating space, letting go, and building strength in a safe and intuitive way. Techniques taught aim to aid in the process of birthing and to instill a sense of deep inner calm during the prenatal phase.

Postnatal Yoga

There is no timeline for postpartum. No matter how many weeks it’s been since the birth of your child, postnatal yoga serves to to rehabilitate and strengthen the body, clear the mind, and carve out self-care time for new mamas. With added emphasis on core work and stress relief, classes follow a six-week structured series that builds as it goes. These classes can be taken individually or in a small-group setting to foster connection with other new parents.

Barre

Ballet-inspired intensity classes designed to build strength and functionality of movement in a low impact setting. Sessions are fast-paced and fun, with thoughtfully prepared song playlists to motivate, challenge, and inspire change. For all levels of experience, from former dancers to brand-new beginners, movements meet you where you are, and build strength from there. Particularly helpful for injury prevention and recovery, you will work on small, stabilizing muscles you may have forgotten you have!

Vinyasa Yoga

For adults, these sessions link breath to movement with an emphasis on anatomical alignment to foster both physical and mind-body awareness, creativity, and an intuitive approach to sequencing. Taught for all levels of experience, classes combine faster movement with longer-held postures to help the body open up, the spine to align, and the muscles to feel both worked and relaxed.
