Current drop-in: Strength + Conditioning @ Circle Yoga Thursdays 5:30p (in-person in Chevy Chase & virtual). Class incorporates ballet barre, core work, and full body movements to tone large and small group muscles, build endurance and increase vitality. Playlists often feature 80’s + 90’s dance, but requests are welcome!
