Ballet-inspired intensity classes designed to build strength and functionality of movement in a low impact setting. Sessions are fast-paced and fun, with thoughtfully prepared song playlists and choreography to motivate, challenge, and inspire. For all levels of experience, from former dancers to brand-new beginners, movements meet you where you are, and develop deeper fitness from there. Particularly helpful for injury prevention and recovery, you will work on small, stabilizing muscles you may have forgotten you have!
