This 60-min all levels yoga class moves you through a series of poses that connect breath to movement. Students can expect an emphasis on breathing as you progress through a flowing sequence of poses to help you get out of your head and into your body. Your practice will grow and your sense of peace and balance will be restored as you flow through the yoga postures empowered by your breath. Each teacher at Yoga Heights adds their own flair to each All Levels Yoga class but you can expect to have the chance to level up or ground down depending on how you're feeling.
This class is held indoors at our Takoma Park Studio.
Bring your own mat and props. Props and mats are not available for use.
Masks must be worn before, during and after class.
All students and teachers must practice social distancing (6 ft).
Teachers are not giving hands on assists or walking around the room.
Limited use of bathroom available.
If you are feeling sick, feverish, etc. please do not come to class.
Temperature checks will be done prior to entering the studio.
Please do not bring personal belongings with you.
Students must sign up for class online.
Class will begin at the time stated and with no late entry permitted.
