The weeks leading to the birth of your child are a beautiful time to incorporate yogic movement, breath, and meditation. Classes accentuate creating space, letting go, and building strength in a safe and intuitive way. Techniques taught aid in the birth process and instill a sense of inner calm during the prenatal phase.
Virtual classes allow you to practice from the comfort of your home! No prior experience needed. Props such as a mat, blocks, bolster, and blanket are encouraged but not necessary.
